The acceptance of this purchase offer (and thus the conclusion of the contract) takes place by sending/collecting the goods you ordered from our store. The contract is therefore concluded upon delivery/collection of the goods you have ordered.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs within Austria are EUR 8.40 including VAT. The shipping costs for deliveries to Germany are EUR 14.00 including VAT. Other countries on request.

Delivery outside of Austria can only be made against advance payment or VISA or, for corporate customers, upon agreement, against invoice. Bank charges for transfers are to be borne entirely by the customer. Please take advantage of the cheap EU standard transfers.

You can return all bags and flaps, except for custom-made items, within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The return must be made in the original packaging including any accessories/parts. If the goods show signs of use or damage when returned, they cannot be returned.

In the event of a return, the invoice amount already paid will be refunded to your bank account after the returned goods have been checked. Used/used goods are excluded from the return guarantee. You can find the return address under the “Contact” menu item. The return must be sent with sufficient postage.

Typewriting and text errors reserved. The prices stated in our order confirmation are valid for orders, subject to technical and manipulative errors.

No customer data will be passed on to third parties.

With your order/registration you declare that you agree to the sending of information. It can be sent electronically (e-mail) or by post. If you do not wish this, you can revoke this consent at any time. You can find our contact information in the legal notice or under the menu item “Contact”.

Please keep your customer data, especially your address details, up to date. This is the only way we can carry out a proper delivery.

You will only receive high quality products from us. We carefully select our suppliers for you. Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and damage. In the event of a defect, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of delivery, otherwise the goods will be deemed to be in order. The statutory warranty obligation applies. Excluded from this are defects caused by improper use, gross negligence or intentional behavior. The guarantee must be claimed within 14 days of the occurrence of the defect.

By placing an order you agree to our terms and conditions. Changes and additions to these terms and conditions are possible at any time without notification. The terms and conditions that were valid at the time of your order apply to your order. The possible ineffectiveness of individual terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. The invalid provision is replaced by an effective one, which comes closest to the former in terms of its meaning and purpose, both legally and economically.
